The principals doing the underwriting are the same people leading front-end design and feasibility. The proforma and the product happen in the same room. Our construction and design experience means we catch cost and feasibility issues before they become problems in the numbers.
Our deals are sourced off-market through direct relationships with landowners, brokers, and municipalities. We don't compete in commodity deal flow. We co-GP where it makes sense and bring operating capability, not just capital, to every partnership.
Although we are the captains of the development ship and our priority is to our clients and our investors, we know that what we build is something beyond ourselves. Hunter is a licensed Architect who has led projects from design to close-out across nearly every asset class. He combines the perspective of a seasoned architect and owner/developer with experience leading development teams in multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use communities. In his 16-year career as an architect and developer, he has managed or designed over $5 Billion of real estate throughout the US.
Nick is a licensed Architect who has split his career experience between architecture, construction management and real estate development. He provides a detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset as a builder, designer and owner/developer. He has built or designed over 5 million square feet of real estate throughout the US and Europe.
